WestCloset will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label subject to below conditions. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Eligible Items

  • A return is eligible only if one or more of the following conditions are met:

    1. Wrong Product Delivered:

    The product you received does not match your order (e.g., incorrect style, color, or design).

    2. Faulty or Damaged Product:

    The product delivered has a manufacturing fault or damage (e.g., stitching issue, material defect, or malfunction).

    3. Incorrect Size Delivered:

    The size of the product delivered is not as per your order specifications.

    4. Delivery Delay Beyond Shipping Policy Timeline:

    If the delivery time has exceeded the timeframe outlined in our Shipping Policy 

Conditions for Ineligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted in the following scenarios:

The product matches the description, fabric composition, style, and images provided on our website.

Delays in delivery that fall within the timeframe mentioned in our shipping policy.

Any issues arising due to improper care, handling, or misuse of the product post-delivery.

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Replacement Process

  1. Initiate a Replacement: Within 14 days of receiving your order, contact us at admin@westcloset.com to initiate a replacement request.
  2. Replacement Selection: Choose a replacement item of similar value from our website subject to company's approval in relation to internal checks and replacement policy.
  3. Price Differences: If the replacement costs less than your original purchase, we'll issue you a coupon code for the remaining amount. If the replacement is more expensive, you'll need to make the additional payment before we dispatch the goods.
  4. Return Shipping: You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Processing Time

Please allow 3-7 business days from the day we receive your return to process it. You'll receive an email confirmation once your replacement is processed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defect).

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like intimate and other similar goods due to hygienic goods (such as lingerie, bodysuits, cover-ups), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Provide the following details:

Photos of the product clearly showing the issue (if applicable)

Brief description of the issue

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products on final sale: 

These are items purchased during clearance, promotional events, or marked with a “final sale” tag. Final sale means that the sale is considered complete once the purchase is made, and these products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Customized or personalized items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@westcloset.com.

Replacement Coupon Code

If you're replacing an item with a less expensive one, we'll issue you a coupon code for the remaining amount. This coupon can be used towards your next WestCloset purchase.
