Overview

WestCloset's Learn & Earn Program is designed for students learning fashion design who are eager to gain practical experience and earn from their creative work. This program provides an exciting opportunity for students to style their own fashion products, submit designs for review, and see their creations featured on WestCloset’s website and various marketplaces.

How It Works

1. Design Submission:

a. Students create and style their fashion designs, which can include anything from dresses and tops to pants and swimwear.

b. Submit your designs to WestCloset for review through email (admin@westcloset.com)

2. Design Review:

a. Our team will review each submission to ensure it meets our quality and style standards.

b. If approved, WestCloset will produce the design and list it on our website www.westcloset.com as well as on our partner marketplaces.

3. Royalty Earnings:

a. Each approved design will earn the student a 12% royalty on every sale of that product.

b. Royalties are calculated based on the net sale price of the product and are paid on a monthly basis.

4. Certificates of Experience:

a. Rookie Certificate: Awarded for achieving a total of 50 sales of designs.

b. Intermediate Certificate: Awarded for achieving a total of 100 sales of designs.

c. Masters Certificate: Awarded for achieving a total of 150 sales of designs.

These certificates awarded by WestCloset acknowledge the student’s accomplishments and experience gained through the program.

Copyright Policy

• Ownership: All design copyrights remain with the students who create them. WestCloset does not claim ownership of the designs.
• Responsibility: Students are responsible for ensuring their designs do not infringe on any existing copyrights or trademarks. WestCloset will not be held liable for any copyright violations related to the designs submitted by students.
• Usage: WestCloset has the right to produce, sell, and market the designs but does not assume responsibility for any legal issues regarding the designs.
